Return Policy

If your Osweesh water flosser is not working the way it should, we’ve got you.

Submit the form below and we’ll email you a prepaid return label. Once we inspect your device, we will repair it or send you a replacement working unit.

Within 12 months, all Osweesh devices are covered under our limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

How it works

  2. Receive your return label by email

    We’ll email you a prepaid shipping label and packing instructions.

  3. Inspection + replacement/repair

    After we receive and test your device, we will either:

    • Repair and return your original unit, or

    • Send you a new or equivalent replacement unit.


• Returns are eligible for devices with manufacturing defects and normal use issues within the 12-month warranty period.
• Damage from drops, misuse, or unauthorized repairs may not be covered; we’ll still let you know your options.
• If your device is not covered, we will email you before proceeding with any paid repair or replacement.
